Universal Orlando Resort is set to mark three decades of festive fun with its highly anticipated Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval celebration from February 1 through March 30, 2025. This exciting event brings global cuisine, high-energy parades, and live concerts – all included with general park admission.
A Star-Studded Music Lineup
This year’s Mardi Gras celebration will be filled with show-stopping performances from some of the biggest names in music such as Joe Jonas, T-Pain, Juanes and more. The concert series takes place on select nights at the Music Plaza Stage inside Universal Studios Florida following the vibrant Mardi Gras parade.

A Spectacular Parade of Color and Culture
Celebrating 30 years of festive magic, this year’s parade features six brand-new floats inspired by traditional Mardi Gras Krewes, with themes highlighting Louisiana’s culture, from bayou life to bead-laden celebrations. These dazzling floats join Universal’s beloved classics for a lively parade bursting with music, energetic performers, and beads flying through the air.
A Culinary Adventure Across the Globe
Carnaval-inspired dishes from around the world will tantalize food lovers at this year’s event.
